Two fake DMCA were filed, specifically targeted to remove negative articles published against the Director of Uflex ltd – Ashok Chaturvedi. These news articles were published in,, and .

MoneyControl removed the entire article, presumably based on this fake DMCA. We’ll try to get their reaction on this.

Another article at EconomicTimes was quietly de-indexed at Google using Robots.txt file . Reasons unknown. Could simply have been bribed to do this.

Both fake news portals have been removed immediately once we exposed them in our previous articles.


A billionaire indulged in a scam in India, got caught, tried and sentenced. Shameful. And the stigma really sticks.

But hey, he has a billion bucks and can buy his way out of this, and remove any trace of this incident.

And Ashok Chaturvedi – Uflex Ltd did no good by trying a fraudulent method to confront these allegations. Now, we’re not so sure these allegations are fake.


In case you are one of the ‘beneficiaries’  listed in this report and are wondering what really happened, we suggest you look within. If it wasn’t you, or your associates, it is definitely the ‘Reputation’ or ‘SEO’ firm you have hired in the past. Perhaps even your law firm. So, instead of blaming us for this article, you must grill your Reputation/SEO firm and look for answers. It is more than likely that the service you hired indulged in criminal methods to deliver results for you.

Fake Fraudulent DMCA might seem inconspicuous, until its you at the receiving end of this crime. This is not a prank. This is not an inconvenience. This is not random.
