ANALYZING THE FAKE DMCA
This fake DMCA takes a serious turn. We are not sure if MJS Capital knew about the method used by their Reputation Firm, but this is trouble.
How does impersonating CFTC.gov to file a fraudulent DMCA notice ? CFTC being the U.S. COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION.
Have a look at this DMCA notice – https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/14861576
All this effort to try and remove the content from – https://www.hedgeweek.com/2015/01/15/216133/cftc-secures-court-order-against-tote-fund-and-mjs-capital-management-commodity-ex.
And it was successful as well –
Webactivism is actively working to reinstate the removed link on Google Search. We are also contemplating informing CFTC about this.
SO WHAT WERE THEY TRYING TO HIDE ?
Look at what Google search brings up for MJS Capital –
The target link is a Forum, a discussion board thread which discussed the merits of doing business with MJS Capital. The replies were, shall we say, unflattering. Here are some of the excerpts from that thread –
Wouldn’t touch it with a bargepole. 100% loss potential and portrayed as if your capital was insured and protected against loss.
This would be the MJS Capital PLC who set up in 2015, and the latest accounts showed they had £194 in the bank and owed £62,893? – https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09487689/filing-history
In last months FCA publication, it was listed as an “emerging” concern. So, they are on it and anyone can report sites where these are incorrectly marketed to the FCA scams website
Thanks for the replies, and I too agree on the old adage of if it’s too good to true…
I was enquiring since this was pitched to me by a company called direct property investments and they send you this glossy video clip about MJS Capital. Ofcourse, I did try and do various searches on this company but wasn’t coming up with any red flags. But recently, looking further i did find the same about the Monies in bank and Balance sheet. Their chairman Lord Timothy Razzle has some negative publicity in web searches and there seems to be a number of companies registered at same address 39 St James Street.
Go read the replies. Quite educational.
EDITOR’S COMMENT : For those who might ask – ‘why and how do we interject that ‘MJS Capital’ has something to do with this fake DMCA. Couldn’t it be a coincidence ?’, we will say this – When someone goes and creates a whole new fake news site, falsifies his/her identity and submits fake DMCA to try and de-list some very targeted content on Google, it signals intent and a plan. It is obvious that ‘MJS Capital’ or someone they hired was directly involved in this crime. MJS Capital also cannot plead ignorance in this matter, since this notice on Google search is hard to miss, really.
