ANALYZING THE FAKE DMCA
Let’s analyze this fake DMCA –
It was filed by an Indian News Agency – Times Now. We’re quite surprise to see their interest in South African local governance issues.
Shame on Herald Live (South Africa) on stealing content from Times Now (India) managed free blog at Blogspot ?
Well, neither Times now, nor Herald Live have any information about this DMCA.
For someone high profile like Faith Rapetsoa, this is highly irresponsible. Well, not that it’ll change anything for her.
SO WHAT WERE THEY TRYING TO HIDE ?
Imagine you are Faith Rapetsoa, Director of IPTS.
You see this published online, and ranking high on Google –
A year into her three-year contract, integrated public transport system (IPTS) director Faith Rapetsoa has been at home for about a week while city bosses evaluate her performance.
This was confirmed by the municipality’s political head of roads and transport, Rano Kayser, who said Rapetsoa was “not performing at the pace we expect”.
What would you do?
Surely not a fake DMCA and Perjury !
EDITOR’S COMMENT : For those who might ask – ‘why and how do we interject that ‘Faith Rapetsoa’ has something to do with this fake DMCA. Couldn’t it be a coincidence ?’, we will say this – When someone goes and creates a whole new fake news site, falsifies his/her identity and submits fake DMCA to try and de-list some very targeted content on Google, it signals intent and a plan. It is obvious that ‘Faith Rapetsoa’ or someone they hired was directly involved in this crime. Faith Rapetsoa also cannot plead ignorance in this matter, since this notice on Google search is hard to miss, really.
