We accidentally stumbled upon this case. A series of legit court orders spanning 4 months, instructing the search engine giants to remove nearly 1500 URLs from their index. 116 websites named in these court orders, and 283 notices listed on Lumen Database. 87 blog accounts at Blogspot and WordPress disabled due to these court orders.
A total of 50 plaintiffs officially listed in these court orders, and another 10 obvious beneficiaries of these removals. These plaintiffs come from multiple cities in USA, and nearly all of them are (or have been) employed at one of – Amazon (AWS), Oracle, Cisco, VMWare, Hewlett Packard and EMC.
A masterclass in anti-defamation lawsuit indeed.
EXCEPT, IT ISN’T. THE ENTIRE LEGAL CAMPAIGN LISTED ABOVE HAD ONLY ONE DEFENDANT CONVENIENTLY CONFESSING TO EACH AND EVERY CASE OF DEFAMATION IN FRONT OF AN UNSUSPECTING JUDGE.
One man only – Tanvir Farid aka Tanvir Islam
One man, confessing to publishing over 250,000 words of pure defamatory posts on nearly 3000 web-pages in a span of 24 months. All that while using over 1200 unique email addresses to facilitate his crime, for which he traveled to at least 12 US cities just last year (based on the series of IP addresses we recovered from multiple complaint websites).
Tanvir Farid, just came forward and confessed, without a single subpoena being served to any of these complaint websites. And after all the trauma and grief he caused, the worst that plaintiff’s lawyer Maanit Zemel did, was NOT to pursue punitive actions against the defendant.
It seems Tanvir is BFF with Zaanit, and the courts / judges have been taken for a ride. A roller-coaster ride, and it’s time to go downhill.
